The toothpaste workshop is 300,000 clean grade workshop, with 3 sets of Fucoma 5200 automatic controlled paste making system and 4 sets of 1300 paste making machines, 8 automatic filling and packaging lines. The daily paste making capacity is over 60 tons, and the daily filling capacity is over 500,000.The toothpaste production has passed ISO22716 system, GMPC system and other quality certification, and has passed FDA on-site audit, and can legally produce toothpaste exported to the United States.

Wash protect workshop has 2 Italian TE3 paste machine, day cream 30 ~ 40 tons, with 1 of article 8 head filling line, 1 6 head filling line and single head filling line, filling capacity, more than 30000 bottles, it can produce detergent, shower gel, hand sanitizer, disinfectant products, implement ISO9001, ISO22716 quality management system, production process conform to the requirements of the national laws and regulations, product quality meet the national standards.

Traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshop installed pharmaceutical standard construction, can be produced by themselves, such as LMZ, kamuning extract, monthly production can be up to 5 tons.

Feed workshop

Other solid and liquid ingredients for toothpaste production are stored in sealed tanks with electronic weighing sensors at the bottom to accurately measure the quantities of inputs and outputs. In the production of toothpaste, after the central automatic control system issues the raw material measurement instructions according to the formula requirements, each storage tank will output the raw materials according to the instructions. The solid raw materials are transported by compressed air, while the liquid raw materials are transported by pumps.

System cream shop

The paste making process is the core of the toothpaste production. The raw materials of the toothpaste are sent to the metering tank next to the homogenizer through the feeding system, and the materials are fed through the central control system to make the toothpaste paste in the homogenizer. The prepared toothpaste paste is transferred to the mobile storage tank on this side and transported to the filling and packaging process after passing the test.

Packing workshop

The internal environment of the whole filling workshop is built according to the standard of grade 300,000 GMP clean workshop.The air ventilation system equipped in the workshop will filter and disinfect the air entering the workshop. In addition, workers must first change the standard work clothes and work shoes before entering the workshop, and also carry out disinfection, so as to fully ensure the cleanliness of the clean workshop.

Finished product inspection workshop

The toothpaste produced and packaged will be stored in the finished product inspection workshop for three days. After that, the quality inspection personnel will come for sampling inspection. If the unqualified index is found after sampling inspection, all the toothpaste in this batch will be discarded.
