In 2002, the ministry of Personnel of the People's Republic of China approved the establishment of the first post-doctoral research station in the toothpaste industry, dedicated to the application of Chinese medicine in personal and home care products.

Postdoctoral system, as a mode of training high-level scientific and technological talents in China, was put forward by Academician Li Zhengdao and implemented with the support of Comrade Deng Xiaoping in 1985. After more than ten years of development, remarkable achievements have been made. And enterprise postdoctoral system as a new attempt of postdoctoral system, mainly in enterprises to establish postdoctoral research stations, is funded by the enterprise, and the establishment of postdoctoral research flow station units jointly recruit postdoctoral form, the purpose is to use external high-tech talents for enterprises to solve the technical problems that need to be solved. Enterprise postdoctoral system, as a form of scientific research with less input and faster output, has been quickly recognized by the majority of enterprises. In just a few years, hundreds of large and medium-sized enterprises have applied for the establishment of workstations. With strong economic strength, highly valued by leaders, and sound scientific research system, our company was approved by the Ministry of Personnel to establish a postdoctoral scientific research station on October 16, 2002. It has become the first toothpaste industry enterprise with post-doctoral research station.

Since the establishment of the station, the station has cooperated with Fudan University, Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guangxi University and other post-doctoral research mobile stations to recruit and train 3 post-doctoral personnel, and one is currently in the station. When recruiting, in order to ensure the quality of the subject, and achieve the goal of cultivating young scientific and technological talents through the postdoctoral system, the workstation has two postdoctoral supervisors for each postdoctoral, and two or more experimental assistants who have bachelor's degree or above and many years of work experience. At present, the postdoctoral research station has undertaken 1 provincial-level scientific research project and 2 scientific research projects. Obtained 3 national invention patents. He has published 15 academic papers, including 6 in core journals, 10 in CSSCI and 1 in SCI.
